Regular or annual contributions of any amount are necessary to support our scholarship programs. The Glenwood Area Dollars for Scholars chapter also accepts donations that can be used to fund a named endowment. The minimum amount required to have an endowment established for a person(s) or business is $5,000. The $5,000 can be pledged over a five year period. Any type of donation or contribution is an investment in our community that establishes a commitment to our greatest resource -- the youth of the Glenwood Community school system.

All donations are tax deductible. The Glenwood Area Dollars for Scholars chapter is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Your donation will:

• Be used in total for scholarships (based on merit and need), not for administrative costs
• Help only Glenwood Community High School graduates of Glenwood, Iowa
• Be administered locally by a board made up of local volunteers
